Astrocade update

I fixed the scanlines for vga output. Since its done in the scandoubler its vga only.
RGB output is working fine (mist.ini, tested with my new cable I got from Till).
Also the keys are remapped:

what is the s5a_r2c0 platform? it uses a EP3SL70F780C3 but what board do I order to get one?

You can buy the MiST which uses an EP3C25 (https://github.com/mist-devel/mist-board/wiki/TheBoard) or the unofficial successor the MiSTer (https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Main_MiSTer/wiki) with an even bigger fpga.
MiST runs the Astrocade core already and I believe sooner or later the MiSTer as well.
